After the merger of several of New England’s energy companies and the launch of a new unified brand, Eversource needed to define itself in the eyes of skeptical consumers, concerned about rising energy costs. We wrapped the new brand identity in a comprehensive campaign with a clear message that the company and all of it's employees were committed to providing excellent, reliable, and affordable service to the people of New England.

Understanding Energy Rates TV

A year into the brand launch, Eversource was in the midst of a unique challenge. Several environmental factors were contributing to a rise in the price of energy. The goal of this work was to educate the public on the realities of energy generation and supply, the very real energy problem facing New England, and Eversource's role in leading the charge to a solution.
